Why Dehydrated Spices are Better than Sun-Dried?

Many people think sun-drying is the best way to dry spices. But in the open air, spices lose their natural oils, and dust or birds can touch them. At Flavorck , we use modern dehydration. This is a closed, clean process. It removes only the water but keeps the original color and strong smell (aroma) of the spice. Because there is no moisture, the spice stays fresh for a very long time without any chemicals.
