Returns and Refund Policy

Since Flavorack deals with food products, we can only accept returns if the product is damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item. Please check the packet as soon as it arrives. If the seal is broken or the pouch is damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately.

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 working days after we verify the issue. Please note that we cannot accept returns for spice packets that have already been opened or used, due to health and hygiene safety standards.
