What is the "Sudan Dye" Test for Spices?

One of the biggest dangers in the spice market is "Sudan Dye." This is a red chemical used for coloring leather and plastic, but some bad people add it to chilli powder to make it red. It is very dangerous for the liver and can cause cancer. At Flavorack, we do strict testing to make sure not even one drop of this dye is present in our products.

"Safe food is a right, not a luxury. We test because we care."

We follow the highest food safety standards in our dehydration plant. Our engineering mindset means we don't take chances. We check every batch for moisture, purity, and color. When you see the Flavorack seal, you can be 100% sure that you are feeding your children something that is tested and safe.
