The Secret of the Deep Red Andhra Chicken Curry

Andhra Chicken Curry is famous for being very spicy and having a beautiful red oil floating on top. You don't need food color for this! The secret is using high-quality Guntur Red Chilli powder. At Flavorack, our chillies are dehydrated to keep their natural pigments. When these pigments mix with hot oil, they give that famous "Andhra Red" look naturally.

"True spice is not just about heat; it is about a color that invites you to eat."

For the best results, marinate your chicken with our Turmeric and Chilli powder for at least 30 minutes. This allows the spices to penetrate the meat. When you cook it, the juices of the meat will mix with our pure powders to create a thick, spicy gravy that tastes just like the military hotels of Bangalore and Andhra.
